EB Quintessence Trip April 16-19. Plenty of grapes, mellow acidity and some funk piercing the grape and oak notes. Good stuff!
Bottled 22 January 2020. lovely colour. Soft. Mild sour tartness in the back.

0,75l from bottle at Ammutson, Vienna. Bottled 04/2020. Deep reddish hazy color, small pink color. Smells grapes, marzipan, lightly nutty, light cheery, very nice. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes red grapes, some tannins, white wine, sherry, peppery, herbal, wood, grassy. Finishes dry and lightly sore with notes of grass, red grapes and peppery notes. Very nice one, very smooth, good complexity, lovely grape notes, would love to try this in a couple years.

Taster from 0,75l bottle at Ammutson during Moeder tasting. Bottled 22.01.2022. Red hazy color, small white head. smells funky, tannins, earthy, subtle berry notes. Nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes berry notes, subtle funky, Licorice, spices, earthy. finishes lightly dry and light sour with notes of Licorice, grapes and earthy notes. Very nice, love the Licorice notes. Very good one.
