Draught @ MBCC'18 [ Blue Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark. [ As Superstition Date Night ].Clear medium to dark red brown colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy honey, dates, oak, light dusty coffee. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet honey, honey, dusty, dates - figs, coffee. Body is medium, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. Tap @MBCC2018, Blue Session. Dark red brown, no head. Berry and dried fruit aroma. Sweet flavour, date juice if there is such a thing. Lovely.

Tap. Dark brown color with no head. Aroma is honey, flowery, chocolate, candy sugar. Taste is honey, dates, prunes, flowery. Oily mouthfeel, flat. Smooth, though I am usually not a fan of meads with these ingredients.

Bottle at the Discover Mead event at Beerlovers Bar. Pours very dark brown. Intense scent of dades, but also coffee, even roasty. Taste is likewise, very dark tastes ( roast, coffee, dades ) over a sweet taste from the honey. Thick, dense mouthfeel. Bit sticky. Nice
