Bottle. Thanks to Seth for sharing this one. Yellow pour with a white head. Funk and lemon zest bouquet. Loads of funk, muted lemon zest, and barrel highlights. Wet hay and straw backbeats. Good body and mouthfeel.
Draught Head gone in second; veiled orange beer. Spicy-lactic-oranges, farmyard. Oranges returning in the flavour, lactic acid, citrus, farmyard; hints at fruitsugars, if faraway thumbprint. Feels somewhat better bodied, low carbonation - almost still. Strange, after the Parasol, yet another Cantillon tasting of oranges and lots of citrus flavours, as if the beers had been... 'contaminated'?
Super bright, soapy, and hoppy.
0,375l from bottle at the brewery. Yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells funky, dishwasher soap, spices, grassy, peppery. Nice smell, bit weird. Medium body, soft carbonation. Tastes grassy, peppery, herbal, spices, bit soapy, herbal. Finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes grass, peppery and earthy notes. Very nice one, very drinkable
