Pours unclear, peachy orange. Some sediment from the fruit remains in the beer . Scent is fruity, but not overly intense. Lambic is hidden. Taste is surprisingly sharp and tart (mostly lactic) , fruityness is much milder than anticipated ( after the intense scent )
Bottle at ODB. Pours a cloudy orange with small white head that lasts. The aroma is plum skin, funk, oak, barnyard. Slick body, tart plum, berry, funk, oak, light dry finish, very nice.
Taster from 0,75l bottle at Lambic O Droom. amber murky color, small white head. smells of plums, stone fruits, spices, peppery, earthy. very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes of plums, earthy, grassy, bit peppery, light oak, spices. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of plums, stonefruits and some grassy notes. pretty nice one, feels quite heavy though, a bit too much so for me
