Magnum bottle. Very fine carbonation. Really effervescent. Higher acidity. Subtle to medium PX sherry notes. Quite dry.
Pours darker blonde, small white head. Scent is chewy, tad malty, mild oak. No real PX. Very creamy in a way. Taste is intensely tart, some oxidative notes, but it very much hides the PX specifics (raisins ! ) Tastes more like what I'd expect from an Oloroso single barrel, rather than PX. All details of course, as the endresult surely is an amazing beer , and one of the best Zenne's in the last years.
Taster from magnum bottle at the Lambic O Droom. amber ahzy color. small white head. smells sherry, earthy, peppery, herbal, very nice smell. full body, light carbonation. tastes sherry, peppery, doughy, breadish, earthy, grassy. finishes light to medium sour with notes of sherry, dough and earthy notes. very nice one, not super sherry forward, but overall very good.

Nose: very brett forward, raisins. Palate: soft, medium carbonation, grapes, caramel malt
Magnum at OBD. Pours a cloudy orange gold with medium white head leaving spotty lacing. The aroma is funk, earth, wood, floral. Slick body, funky, light oak, dry finish, very good.
