This Framboos was created with raspberries from Ferme Framboos from beautiful Huldenberg. We macerated these for three months on jonge lamik from three different barrels and three different brews. We blended with another two jonge lambikken from two different barrels. The final fruit intensity is 284 grams of reaspberries perl iter of Framboos 100% 3 Fonteinen.

375ml bottle from Livonia Liquor. Pours a clearish pink gold with a full finger of off white foam that lingers. Horseblanket, mineral funk and raspberry skin on the nose. More of the same on the palate, dry raspberry skin, some wild strawberry notes with bitter raspberry seed and an almost tannic like quality that lingers. Drying finish with active, scratchy carbonation that leaves raspberry skin, flesh and seed on the palate.
