We were humbled when owner and proprietor of Falling Rock, Chris Black, asked us to produce a beer for his 21st Anniversary. We let Chris loose in our barrel warehouse and he helped us create the beer you're now holding. A blend of a nectarine blonde sour, cherry sour, and for good measure, even a tequila barrel-aged beer... Leave it to Chris to break out the tequila beer for a 21st birthday. Here's to 21 more years. Cheers!

750ml bottle thanks to toby. Light copper pour, small ring of head. Light citrusy aroma, tart, sharp. Sour fruity taste, barrel notes, yeasty funk.

Bottle. Pours a dark orange with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is stone fruit and apple skin, oak. Thin body, nectarine, cherry, oak, very acidic, enjoyed this.
