Blessed is a blend of 1 and 3 year old bourbon barrel-aged Imperial Stouts finished on TONS of coconut and Madagascar vanilla beans. It tastes like if you took a waffle cone and filled it with bourbon soaked German chocolate cake then drizzled it with burnt caramel.

Aromas are rich cocoa and dark malt. Flavors like nose but way amped up. are. Mammoth cocoa and a little coconut, a touch of molasses. Sweet overall but some bitter and carbonation to help balance.

Pours thick, brownish black, flat, with some coconut solids on top. Smell is sweet, good bourbon, vanilla, sweet coconut. Thick, boozy, rich, creamy. Taste is even richer, sweet but with some roast and bitter. Loads of coconut and vanilla. Bourbon. Great.

One of the most mind blowing usage of barrel I've seen, with the vanilla it tastes like marshmallow. Smooth, full body, perfect balance

Bottle thanks to Russell. Pours black with small tan head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is strong coconut, roast, and vanilla. Thick body, mounds bar, dark chocolate, nice sweetness, enjoyed this.
