Hybrid of beer and wine.
Vineyard Hof van 't Hoge Land is located in the north of Groningen. They produce organic white wines and we used the Solaris grapes to make a natural wine. We blended it with VandenBroek lambic and passionfruit lambic.

Haribo peaches in a good way. Very nice peach and passionfruit presence with depth and tannins from the grapes. Light pleasant funk. Nice! In apparently very happy 😸

Was most curious about this, as I love passion fruit. Clearly lambic and wine hybrid, with some grapyness, dry acidity, light funk and good deal of oak. The passion fruit is very subtle, would like more. Curious about the bottle.
