Awesome cider! Lots of depth in the apple character and while dry it’s in no way papery. Nice peppery floral grape notes on that. Impressed! Pic is of the dregs, couldn’t stay away 😸

Very soft apple juice, with some alcohol. Sweet, light acidity at the end, some very light grapyness. I might be missing some identity, but damn it is delicious and soft. Super flavourful summery beverage, with hidden alcohol.
