This is our first handpressed cider/perry.
Local apples and pears fermented spontaneously into a nice subtle cider and perry, for some extra tanins and depth we blended it with cherry lambic.

More fun, fruity and tasty Symbiose stuff always makes my day. This reminds me a lot of a certain Dubbelfris flavour, but better. Lightly tart, very fruity. Plenty apple, light pear, flavourful cherry. Quite dry, refrehsing.
