Easter 3x3, day 3 dish 3. Paired with assorted Easter candy. A worthy end to a fun weekend in the kitchen that’s offered multiple culinary highlights. Great beer if a hint too acidic to not share. Happy Easter! ✨🐣😻

Beautiful rich fresh raspberry with above moderate acidity tamed by the balancing vanilla.

29/XI/19 - sample @ Billies Craft Beer Festival 2019, BB: n/a - (2019-1976) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!

Aroma: lovely, so much raspberries, fruity, vanilla touch, bit of an acidic impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: super acidic, vinegar, lemon peel, meh, don’t like it very much. Aftertaste: raspberries, very acidic, metallic, too acidic, not a big fan. Was expecting more of them raspberries.
