Sampled @ Billie's Craft Beer Fest 2021. A hazy yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of tart yellow fruits, apples, grapes. Taste of tart apples, grapes, brett.

Glass from 0,75l bottle at eve brewery. Yellow murky color, small white head. Smells pears, apples, spices, bit leathery, grassy, lovely smell. Medium body, light carbonation. Tastes of pears, apples, some tannins, white wine notes. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of pears, apples and grassy notes. Very nice. very enjoyable
