Little cloudy pale blond to yellow beer, practically no head. Aroma: lots and lots of apples, fresh apple juice, apple skin, very intense, little floral. MF: very lively carbon, medium to light body. Taste: lots of fresh bitter apples, apple skin, bit soapy, nice and very refreshing, apple juice. Aftertaste: very dry and bitter, some tannins, lots of apple skin, more dry tannins.

Glass from 0,75l bottle at the brewery. Yellow murky color, small white head. Smells apples, tannins, white grapes, spices, grassy. Very nice smell. Medium body, soft carbonation. Tastes flowery, apples, tannins, white grapes, spices, hay, stone fruits. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of apples, grapes and spicy notes. Very very once

Bottled 03/2021. yellow lightly hazy color, small white head. smells apples, grape skins, leathery, tobacco, earthy, some tannins, ligh minerals, parfumy, fragrant. very nice smell. full body, bubbly carbonation. tastes apples, fizzy, bit leathery, earthy, grape skins, tobacco, minerals, peppery, some tannins. finishes dry, fizzy and lightly bitter with notes of apples, tannins and some grape skins. nice to very nice one, loved the smell. Carbonation was quite high. Liked this a lot better after swirling it in the glass for a while. Definitly needs some air to calm down, then its great.
