Pours fairly clear, thick, aromatic honey. Not too complex. Sweet, not great. Mild fruityness. Taste is full, sweet, fruity. Honey aroma isn't great.

Doré, léger huileux au verre.
Arôme est fin fleuri, plaisant, floral, orange blossom, avec une note onctueuse, organique miel en rétro)nasal. Goyave est discrète, mais une note tropical se ressent.
Palais est plaisant, frais, mielleux pas mal de fleuri, note mil-fleur, honeydew, goyave perce en retrait, plus dur à cerner sans le savoir, apport léger de tropical en fin de bouche.

Clear orange blond mead. Aroma: rather soapy, alcohol, yeasty, fusels, floral, funky, chemical impression. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: very soapy, unpleasant bitterness, floral, drying tannins (?), spicy, alcohol, sugary, apples. Aftertaste: sweet and sugary, alcohol, some apple juice, very weird and soapy, don’t like it very much…

Bottle poured at Shelton Festival, golden with no head. The aroma is citrus, honey, floral, guava. Light body, guava, citrus, honey, boozy finish, very good.
