Dorée oscillant vers le jaune-vert, col blanc. Un cépage que j'apprécie surtout lors de nos visites en Catalogne - garnatxa en général pour un vin plus doux.
Arôme est marqué par un agréable funk du lambic, belle intensité olfactive du raisin, pomme verte, poire et prune verte avec une petite subtile douceur en rétro-nasal avec une pointe herbacée presque de cumin.
Palais garde une belle présence du lambic avec le funk classique de Cantillon - funk. Un fruité vers le jaune oscillant sur l'abricot, effet raisin blanc. L'acidité du lambic perdure sans pour cela supplanter le raisin, le tout sur un léger fruité entre poire et amande verte

0,15l from tap at Arrogant Sour Festival 2022. Yellow clouds color, small white head smells grapes, spices, grassy, peppery. Tobacco. Nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes grapes, tannins white wine, bit peppery, herbal, thyme. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes grapes, white wine and peppery notes. Very nice one

0,75l from bottle at the Brewery. Light yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells parfumy, grapes, berry notes, lovely smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes vinous, bit sweet, berry notes, grapes, sweet wine. Finishes lightly sweet with notes of grapes, berry notes and some herbs. Nice stuff, great balance, almost a bit on the sweet side

A little cloudy pale beige beer, no head. Aroma: very fruity, some candy, intense, pretty nice. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of apples, apple juicy, a bit sweet, nice acidity, fruity, clean acidity, lemony. Aftertaste: a little bitter, some apple skin, very acidic, vinegar notes, dry, fruity, spicy, very sour, not a big fan.

On tap at Moeder. Opaque yellow pour with a white head. Mild white grape vinous bouquet. Taste follows suit with Vinous Grenache notes dominating. It’s less complex and interesting than Piacere. It’s mild sour/tart with relatively no funk. Good body and mouthfeel.
