Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8

Tardif version. Sampler at the brewpub in Santa Rosa. Pale golden color with small white head. Slight grapefruit, malty-grainy, nice bitterness, nice fruitiness, easy to drink. Simple, but excellent drinkability. Some crispness from the carbonation. Nice!
