500ml bottle as a Christmas present, from Waste Apple Co. Sparkling, slightly hazy golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of fruity apple, hint of hay. Taste is tart, fruity apple, with some citric acidity. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, light to medium carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.
