This time we’ve put our own twist on the traditional gose style – ripe and juicy with a fragrant and sweet stone fruit flavour, a lick of salinity and a mouthwatering tart finish. Salty, sweet and satisfying!

440m can. Gluten Free. Hazy golden colour, big foamy white head leaving lacing and aroma of apricot & biscuity malt. Taste is tart fruity, apricot, sourish, malt and biscuit notes, with some citrus rind, light bitter and salty. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry sourish salty finish. Quite drinkable.

Keg at BeerHeadz Lincoln. Hazy to cloudy golden. Aroma is fruity apricot. Taste is sour tangy fruity with a nice saltiness to finish. Very easy drinking.
