Bottle shared @ lambik-O-droom. Pours hazy orange with a medium white head. Aroma is super lemony up front, lots of fresh grapey notes, oaky, sweet fruity, orange, citrussy, classic drie funk. Taste is fresh, grapey, sparkling, lemony and turns into a sweeter coating funky finish. The body on this is insane.

2015 vintage bottle (shared by rask0lnikov, thanks!). Pours golden. Aroma and flavor are floral, funky, sour, gooseberries, some sugar, dryness. Not too acidic. Overall: great.

Such a beautiful beer, better and better with each blend - more barrel, with a more mellow and uniform funk, even a bit of sherry. 4.3

Bottle shared at 3 Fonteinen Lambik-o-droom. Fairly hazy orange with a white head.  Aroma has a wonderful typical 3 Fonteinen dry cellar funk, cobwebs, dusty notes, light honey, citric notes, oak and green apple.  Flavour is moderate sour.  Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.Earlier Rating: 4/1/2017 Total Score: 4.5Bottle shared at 3 Fonteinen Lambic of Doom. Very hazy orange to light brown with a big off white head. Aroma of green apples, typical 3 Fonteinen funk, dusty cellar, grapes, oak and cobwebs. Flavour is above light sweet and moderate sour, starting soft before going into a long acidic finish. Medium bodied with light carbonation. The honey doesn’t come out directly in the aroma initially but as it opens up in the second glass it starts showing up and softening the acidity further. Really tasty stuff!

750 ml bottle at the Brewery. Sharp lemon nose, old books, grapefruit. cloudy, hazy, golden honey orange. Flavor gives a touch of honey, grapefruit zest, leather, sharp citrus acid, barnyard blankets. Brilliant.
