19th January 2022, taster in The Church, San Diego. Came in a lovely glass. One of three Barrel Aged beers they had on from Lost Abbey, I had them all. This was 11.5% ABV according to the beer list (and it felt it). Misty body, off-white head. Berries and cherries with a woody and boozy undertone. Very pleasant.
Bottle. Pours a cloudy amber with small beige head that lasts. The aroma is leather, oak, dark fruit. Slick body, tart, oak tannin, leather, light aicidty, lingering tartness, very good.
