Draught, half pint. @Skaal, Copenhagen (Denmark). 12/05/2022 [#4.892 Global - #159 Belgium - #3 Lambiek Fabriek] Pours clear reddish with no head. Aroma: funk, tart raspberry and light barnyard. Taste: funk, sour, tart raspberry. Flat. Kinda strange. Next one please!
Pours slightly unclear orange. Scent is mild, some apple. Fairly funky. Taste is dry, woody, very malty lambic. Fruits are medium mild, and apple is the one most prominent. Love the maltyness though, which is the element that made this lambic stand out even more than the fruitblend did.
1/V/22 - on draft @ Toer de Geuze, Lambiek Fabriek, BB: n/a (2022-456)
A little cloudy orange beer, practically no head. Aroma: super funky, lots of horse blanket, smoky touch, meaty, fresh sour apples, wood notes. MF: ok carbon, medium to light body. Taste: wow, that’s pretty dirty, bitter, very funky, smoky, meat, leather. Aftertaste: very weird, dirty, funky, flat, dry, meh, don’t like it, something’s gone wrong, or it’s not yet fully ready…
Keg at the junkyard. Rose colour with a slight head. Tart fruity aroma and taste. Slight dry. Crisp body.
