A bottle conditioned, medium-sweet cider made from classic varieties from a single 70-year old, traditional orchard in Abbots Leigh. Ashton Brown Jersey, Dabinett and Yarlington Mill are balanced with acidity from Stoke Red, Crimson King and a selection of culinary and dessert apples

750ml bottle from Wild West online. Slightly hazy orange gold colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of fruity apple, alittle mucky funk hint. Taste is sweet, juicy, apple, with horseblanket funky notes and some mellow tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet soft fruity tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
