Fairly hazy golden orange with a short lived white head. Aroma is vinous, oak, tart green grapes, green apple and light funk. Flavour is moderate to heavy sour. Medium bodied with some sour burn in the finish and light carbonation. Doesn’t seem as refined and balanced as the first batch, maybe could do with some more time on it.

2018/2019 bottle. Golden color. Oak, citrus, grapes and floral notes in the aroma. Sour flavor with grapefruit, grapes, oak. Dry, oaky finish.
Hapu, viinamarjane, tsitrus, tikker, mõrudust on ka natuke, tamme, päris happeline. Hea.
hazy golden amber color. Lots of cobwebs, barnyard and funkiness.dry super tart excellent barrel character with amazing grape character. Way better than the pinot noir. Fantastic
18/19 bottle. 8% ABV. Unclear apricot with no head to speak of. Aroma is of damp hay and the barn, old lemons, a vague sense of freshness, oak. Low carbonation. Quite slippery. Sour, somewhat vinous despite the lack of obvious grapes in the aroma. No acetic notes. Has an aged depth to the funk yet an almost brusque fruity freshness. Some zingy feral notes at the woody end. Pretty tasty but it's the texture and balance that (again) win me over.
Cloudy gold with a small white head. White grape and funk. White grape, funk and a dry finish. Nice.
