Sintermerte Herfstbok is een Bier van het type tarwebok. Gebrouwen met een stevig deel tarwemout. Dit geeft het Bier een zachtere smaak. Daarnaast zit er nog genoeg geroosterde en gecarameliseerde mout in het beslag voor de typische bokbiersmaak. De hop variëteiten Tradition en Perle zorgen voor een passende bitterheid.

Bottle at home, dark brown beer, small head. Aroma is malt, sweet, fruit, coughing syrup. Taste is the same, sweet, malt, fruit, coughing syrup, end flavour is tart like the others said which keeps on lingering, drain pour.

Bottle. Brown color. Caramel and raisin in the aroma. Malty sweet, bready, caramelly flavor with raisin. Sticky but drinkable.
