Dorée pâle avec un trouble arqué, col crémeux blanc-cassé tenace.
Arôme est houblonné résineux avec des effluves agrumes repris par un léger herbacé avec de fines pointes de levures. Le tout gard eune approche classique US avec l'apport du Chinook - trop souvent abandonné.
Palais présente ce caractère neipa qui se laisse reconnaitre sans jamais être surfait. Cractère fin résinuex, assez sec, effet sève de pin, finement épicé - petite touche de hop burn avec sur la fin, un retour adouci d'abricot. Pas mal surfe entre nouvelle vague dipa avec un clin d'oeil aux grandes classiques.

On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Hazy yellow colour, moderate white head. Aroma of yellow stonefruits, hints of pineapple. Citric flavour, hints of yellow stonefruits and tropical fruits. The finish is piney/ resinous and medium bitter. Good beer.
