--Bottled. -- Clear amber, small head. Aroma of lemon with strong buttery sour cheese component. Tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Lemon and spices, but the old butter and sour cheese really takes over, though some of it wears off as it warms.

Bottle. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, some nutty, mild spicy and some floral toens. Flavour is dry wood with some citrusy tartness and mild lemongrassy herbal tones.

0,15l from tap at Arrogant Sour Festival 2022. Yellow cloudy color, small white head. Smells herbal, spices, ripe fruits, honey. Nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes earthy, grassy, citric, barrel notes, ripe fruits. Finishes dry and lightly sour with notes of citric, grassy and earthy notes. Nice stuff, very good balance
