In late summer 2021, we made a macerated wine from grape varieties as Muscat Ottonel, Pinot Gris and Gew├╝rztraminer. After primary fermentation, we added the wine to a barrel of beer we brewed 9 months earlier. Just before bottling the beer underwent a short maceration with some Moro bloodoranges.

18/VI/22 - 75cl bottle @ De La Sambre Saison Festival, BB: n/a (2022-755) Thanks for sharing!

Clear blond yellow beer, small creamy irregular off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots and lots of oranges, more oranges, funky. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots and lots of oranges, more oranges, funky, bitter, dry, dried orange peel. Aftertaste: more oranges, bitter, orange peel. Not much else going on here except for the orange. Weird.

0,15l from bottle at Arrogant Sour Festival 2022. 03/22. Yellow murky color, small white head. Smells grapes, light yogurt, spices, peppery, oranges. Nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes peppery, oranges, grassy, earthy, herbal, some grapes, bit joghurt. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of grass, earthy and peppery notes. Good stuff overall
