南ドイツで親しまれる麦芽が主役の黄金色のビール、へレス。何杯でも飲めてしまう味わいの良さから、多くの人を喜ばせ、現代ではビールの代名詞と呼んでもいいほどにこのへレスは世界中に拡がりました。酵母・麦芽・ホップに至るまで実際に現地で使われている原料を中心に使い、本場の味に挑みます。

Our original release of New Frontier was a journey into new territory: lager. From there we now look to branch out into yet more untravelled paths, changing hops, malt, and yeast as we continue the journey to find the perfect lager.
[Brewer's Voice]
One of the true classic lager sub-styles, the Helles can be largely credited with the international domination of pale lagers. To think of it in terms of mass-produced lager would be doing a disservice, however.

A true German-style helles is the ultimate in repeat drinkability. Focusing on crackery light malt character, supremely clean yeast, and just enough noble hops to balance, when well executed, this is a beer that starts as refreshing, and just tastes better the more you drink.
