Together with Dugges we began the journey in Anagram, made sure the blueberries were really expressive and then added a new flavor component by adding hazelnut coffee. The coffee adds an incredible nuttiness that leads on to memories of blueberry hazelnut pies with freshly toasted hazelnuts and fragrant blueberry jam.

I was sorta looking forward to this, as the original Anagram is one of the pastry OG's, and always a pleasure. This one, however, not so much.. There's some blueberry, but the majority is heavy roast, some hazelnut and bitter coffee

Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 7.5 | Flavor - 7.5 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7
Pours black, no real head. Scent is intense, chocolate, sweet, candy. Maple-soaked blueberry. Hazelnut more tempered. Taste is full, thick, sweet, roasty, 'green' aspects, fairly intense blueberry. Maple and hazelnut less than hoped. Medium intense boozy.
