Bottle @ Dangerous Bottleshares WLZBRZ-edition. Pours hazy deep and milky red with a big pink head. Aromas of raspberries, lactic tart, oaky, classic de garde funk, dry vinous notes. Taste is basically a dry, lactic, raspberry yoghurt with a lot of raspberry pits and a vinous oaky dry finish.
Bottle. Reddish pink color. NO head. Raspberries and Apple sourness in the aroma. Sour flavor with loads of raspberries. Dry, only some remaining sugars from the fruit. Lovely!
Bottle: Poured a pink to ruby color with a white head. Aroma is very raspberry. Super tart raspberry flavor, but drinkable.
Bottle thanks to Chow. Pours a cloudy purple with medium pinkish head that lasts. The aroma is strong raspberry and light funk. Medium mouth, nice jammy raspberry and nice sourness, really enjoyed this one.
Bottle shared by Pruf, originally picked up by DSG. Dark pink close to purple color. Cannot see through it, head fades quickly. Aroma is raspberry sorbet. Awesome aroma. Flavor has great tartness. Very dry, spritzy with a very drying finish. My mouth needs water without the beer being acetic. Fruit is present but tart raspberry rules. Natural, fun, tart, refreshing, yup that is what I want from an imperial raspberry tart beer.
Draft - Tart and sweet raspberry jam. Purple red with a thin frothy head. Raspberry jam through and through. A bit to jammy, but so fruity and well done.
Bottle at Nick’s tasting. Pours pink grapefruit. No head. Nose/taste of fresh as hell raspberry, raspberry pit, funky acid and funky sour wheat with oak. Lighter medium body.
