This stout was brewed utilizing the Parti-Gyle method; making more than one batch of beer from a single, all grain mash. For this beer we used the second runnings of our British Imperial Stout, Luscious. This beer has been aged to perfection over the last year and is ready to enjoy immediately.

Pours black, small tanned head. Scent is roasty, ashy, chocolate, soy. Taste is full, roasty, quite bitter. Dark chocolate. Very nice, roasty, grassy almost. Lovely.
