Corked bottle from EricAndersNavy, thanks! Amber color, very lively carbonation. Melon, pineapple, grassy notes and caramel in the aroma. Pear, mango, caramel and leather in the malty sweet flavor. Just a touch of alcohol. Leather and pear drups in the aftertaste.

Bomber from Beer of the Month club, served in tulip glass. Aged the bottle for 2 years. Cloudy brown and high carbonation - cork blew out when the cage was loosened. Tart dark fruit and red wine notes, with a dry finish.

2013 cork. weird. Dark brown, golden orange, 1 finger head. huge cork pop. old beer...might be amazing? Smells like mint leaves and burnt malts and a lot of sugar. Tastes like chicken broth, mint, very bread-like yeast. Honey and some ginger. pepper. interesting. not really falling off that much.

Bottle @ Exira Beer Summit IV. Thanks to Dr. Owl for sending. Pours a murky reddish orange appearance with a cream colored head. Candy sugar, orange candy, spicy funky yeasty, slightly spicy cinnamon aroma. Tangy tart grape/vinous, black cherry, caramel, funky yeasty flavor. High carbonation. Doesn’t blow my mind and kind of a creative idea but not my favorite. Shows a bit of age.

Pours brown, beige head. Aroma is yeasty, giving it some spicy notes. Taste is sugary (blend of cane and crystal sugar), malty and spicy. The sugar process is all over as is the yeast. Nice and smooth, easy to sip on. A very fine beer.
