Taste is sour, tart, citric rind, plummy, fruity, peach, grain, with some funk, light bitterness and saltiness. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonatioon, sour acidic finish. Nicely drinkable.

Pours unclear, peachy orange. Some sediment from the fruit remains in the beer . Scent is fruity, but not overly intense. Lambic is hidden. Taste is surprisingly sharp and tart (mostly lactic) , fruityness is much milder than anticipated ( after the intense scent )
Bottle at ODB. Pours a cloudy orange with small white head that lasts. The aroma is plum skin, funk, oak, barnyard. Slick body, tart plum, berry, funk, oak, light dry finish, very nice.
