18/IV/22 - 37.5cl bottle from the blendery, shared @ home, BB: 31/I/27, bottled: 23/I/22 (2022-381) Thanks to Tinus for sharing the bottle!

Clear pale yellow cider, small creamy white head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of apples, apple juice, a bit yeasty, vanilla notes. MF: lively carbon, medium body. Taste: nice acidity, refreshing, apples, apple juice, yeasty, gentle bitterness. Aftertaste: dry, bitter, some tannins, apples, soft acidity. Decent, not great.
