Sampled @ Borefts Bier Festival 2022. A clear dark reddish brown beer. Aroma of intense strong dark reddish malt, bourbon, wood, caramel. Taste of strong sweet caramelized malt, chocolate, nuts, ripe fruits, boozy finish.
Compulsory eisbock time! The better one of the duo. Pretty thick, quite boozy, but remarkebly smooth and almost dangerously drinkable. Sweet, plenty of armagnac, and a good amount of wood. Very tasty, bit too heavy to be great.

Clear deep brown beer, no head. Aroma: very oxidized, dark roast, alcohol, soy sauce, spicy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, lots of alcohol, very oxidized, port, madeira, quite some chilli or I guess it must be an alcohol burn. Aftertaste: spicy, roasted, oxidized, alcohol, very spicy, ok.
