Dark brown colour with creamy head. Aroma has lots of smoke. Flavour starts out sweet and sour from the fruit. The smoke comes back in the aftertaste.
Sampled @ Borefts Bier Festival 2022. A hazy orange brown beer. Aroma of smoked malt, bacon, dark red malt. Taste of smoked peach, red fruits, red grapes.
23/IX/22 - on tap @ Borefts Day 1, BB: n/a (2022-1250) Thanks to all for sharing today’s beers!
A little cloudy red brown, small creamy beige head, a little stable, non adhesive. Aroma: all smoky ham, nothing else but smoked dried ham is what I’m getting. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: wow, very intense deep smoke up front, very sourish as well, and then something dirty, like rotting melons or something, very bad, I really don’t like this one at all, a hot mess of clashing flavours, despite the fact that I like smoky beers and sour beers, and smoky sour beers.
Rauchiger, säuerlich süffiger Beginn. Intensiv, fein würzig, Pfirsich. Intensiv, lange Nachgeschmack, gut. 10/10/11/11//11
23/9/22: Woohoo, a new version of my favourite Alvinne! This years is pretty smokey, which I don't mind. Sweet, some nice sourness, clear Morpheus deliciousness and a bunch of smoky fruit. Peach is always a winner, the mango adds sweetness.
24/9/22: When you can drink these kind of beers again, you drink them again. Still gorgeous.
