Sampled @ Borefts Bier Festival 2022. A clear reddish brown beer with a beige lacing. Aroma of strong riped red fruits, caramel. Taste of strong riped fruits, red malt, raisins, wood, boozy finish.
The better of the two train beers on the way home. Does what it should do; malty, rich, raisins and some light boozyness. Barrel adds wood, red fruit and tannins. Rioja is such a great barrel for these sort of beers.
