Can, thx Paps! Poured a very dark brown-black body, not that much of a town head. Creamy, boozy aroma, dark malts, raisins, herbal touches (hah, Talus). Lean, creamy taste, caramel, light coffee, some roastiness, notable, but not extreme alcohol presence, but still a bit much, especially in a festival context, hahah.

440 ml can, at Cardinal, Stavanger. ABV is 14.2%. Pitch black colour, moderate to small tan head. Aroma of roast malts and brown sugar, also notes of chocolate, hints of oak. Smooth and warming mouthfeel, but not as alcoholic as expected. Rich flavour, with the same elements as the aroma, moderate hops, very pleasant to drink.

30/XI/22 - 44cl can from Geers (Oostakker), shared @ Zythos class, BB: n/a (2022-1708)

Clear dark brown beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: a bit metallic, unpleasant when swirling the beer around in the glass, after standing it gets more pleasant, very malty, sweet impression, lots of caramel, coffee, some liquorish. MF: lively carbon, medium to full body. Taste: lots of alcohol, good roast, very nice, a bit sweet, caramel, dried fruits, coffee, bitter touch, almost something sourish. Aftertaste: lots of alcohol, sugary, molasses, very pleasant, malty touch, heavy bitter roast, coffee, nice!
