Bottle @ home. Blonde, cloudy. Lemon and a hint of coreander in the aroma. Lemony sour flavor. Hint of traubenzucker. Very nice and refreshing.
Small white head, fed by lively carbonated veiled yellow beer. Unobtrusive, but distinct aroma of saffron; pale malts and white candi sugar. Pinch of salt/seawater. Taste yields wheat, a bit of lemon, and not much else. Retronasal again a whiff of the saffron. Feels overcarbonated, fizzy, but with an empty, watery body. With the above, it ought to be the ultimate pairing beer for fish, scampi, etc. Unfortunately, it hasn’t much more taste than the first sparkling mineral water.
Bottle 33cl.Light unclear medium to dark yellow color with a average, frothy, fair lancing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, toasted, light hoppy, fruity, moderate yeasty, vinegar - acidic notes. Flavor is moderate sweet, light acidic, moderate bitter and vinegar notes with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. (250508)
Bottle Muddy, yellow body. White, frothy head that disappears fastly. Heavily citric aroma of oranges, lemon, lime, grapefruit, ... ressembles a non-sweet fruit juice. Lightly bitter, lightly sour flavour. Highly carbonated. Not bad, but not special at all.
