Draught@Beer Hunters, Pori. More or less black colour with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is coconut, some toasted tones, vanilla, mild toffee and some biscuity tones with mild alcohol to it. Flavour is coconut, mild alcohol, some floral, vanilla, dried fruity and plummy tones with some chocolate as well.
Old rating found back on paper, unsure of what year I've had (or had this one). Pours black, medium sized, tanned head. Taste is full, roasty, intense, coconutty. Mild ashyness, even a tad smokey almost.
@ 2018
From tap at the Hoppy Pub, Thessaloniki. Black color with brown head. Malty aroma, roasted, maple, chocolate, caramel, cocoa, light coconut. Heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter taste. Full silky oily to sticky body with soft carbonation.
Tap at Beer Hunters. Toasted, waffle, coconut and vanilla in the nose. Medium-bodied to full-bodied. Very sweet, roasted, cocoa, waffle, vanilla and coconut in the flavour. Alcohol kicking underneath. Typical Omnipollo in a good and bad .. diabetes beer.
backlog: Billie's Craft Beer Fest day 1 - smoke, maple, espresso, cocoa. Thick texture, intense flavours. 4.5
Not very coconutty
30 November 2018. Billie's Craft Beer Fest. Cheers to Anke, tderoeck & 77ships! Hazy black with a lasting, thin, dark beige head; little lacing. Rich & intense aroma of pancake & maple syrup, American breakfast overall, coco chips, Bounty as it were, milk chocolate, chocolate sauce, mocha, vanilla, faint soy. Medium malty sweet onset with a vague hint of coconut but quickly pushed aside by milk chocolate & dough; light to medium roasted bitter middle has coffee roast & fondant with an edge of roasted nuts, already warming up in the throat. Dryish, earthy & peppery hoppy finish, lingering chocolate, some Bounty popping up again but no overly strong coconut effect; firm dash of warming bourbon alcohol. Full body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Does not fully deliver what it promises but my god, this is a luscious, excellent 'dessert' IS.
