Bottle. Dusty, slightly citric aroma. Ditto flavor, with some vinegar added. Thinnish, no specific hop character. Not unfriendly, but certainly not perfect.

33cl bottle, BB 07/2012. Yet another Bouillon, yet another that just ends up tasting like most of the 6% beers, meaning, nothing special. I’ll give credit to the awesome label. Dorée, col blanc moyen avec comme souvent un brouillard de sédiments venant troubler la bière. Faut croire que ils ont un vrai problème de mise en bouteille ou du moins de jaugeage de la fermentation en bouteille. Arôme malté, veille levure, léger caramel sur une note fruitée, grains. Palais est épais, malté sur des relents de pils avec cette impression de vieille cave, poussiéreux et noisette. Malt cara-pils et léger fruité rouge. Buvable, mais on s’ennuie, et le pire est que trop de leurs bières sont dans le même style.

Bottle 33cl.Clear medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sour malt, vinegar, honey, light yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic - vinegar with a average duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20081129]

Bottled. Hazy golden, airy head. Yeasty nose with some soap and minerals. Dry, clean and light bodied, quite astringent. Minerally finish. Very shallow.
