Tap @ Borefts. Blonde. Soft bretty notes in the aroma. Bretty, dry flavor with a hint of citrus. Malt, hint of grass, soft vinous notes.
Draught @ 10th. BBF 2018 [ 10th Borefts Beer Festival 2018 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As De Molen Giant & Juggler (Rioja BA w/Brett) ].Light unclear medium orange yellow colour with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, rye, moderate yeasty, honey, leather, graps - wine, wood, barrel. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, honey, rye, brett, wine, barrel. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival, Day 2. Almost clear orangy color, no head. Smell and taste some applepeel notes, rather dry brett and apple peel mixed together. Light tart-bitter finish. Mwah.
Cloudy blond with no head. Aroma and flavour start very funky, woody and sour. It finishes really biscuity.
Borefts 2018. Day 2. Sampled draft. Thank you for sharing! Hazier orange. Dirty nose, urinal sweet cloying, chemical, cleaning product sweet & sugar. Fizzy dirty unpleasant rotting grain & cleaning product, chemical sweet, sugar, cleaning product, fizzy, worst brett profile ever,… Sugar & dirty body.
Draft at Borefts Beer Festival ‘18. Fairly hazy with barely any head. Aroma of brett, citrus, vinous notes, rye, oak and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet, light moderate bitter and light sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
Tap. Hazy golden color with no head. Aroma is vineous, quite funky, apple sidra (!), light phenols. Taste is grapey, vineous, apple again, in the best way, vineous. Oily mouthfeel with fine-bubbled carbonation. Well-balanced, good!
From tap at Borefts '18. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of lots of oak, light funky Brett, peach, grapes. Flavour is light grainy, oak, funk, wood, grapes, bittersweet finish. Medium bodied. OK-ish.
Draft at Borefts 2018. Aroma of tart, white wine, oak and yeast ester. Taste has soft brett, white grape, oak, rye, yeast, malt and some spice. Very elegant and flavorful. Nice.
Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2018. A clear golden beer with a small white ring. Aroma of sweet strong pale malt vanilla, brett. Taste of strong pale malt, vanilla, bourbon, slightly boozy.
