Bottle 33cl. @home poured into a tulip glass. Brilliant medium amber colour, tall creamy off-white head, slowly diminishing, thick irregular layer remains, fair lacing. Aroma sweet malts, yeast, pear, white grapes, light honey, light caramel, candy sugar, light alcohol. Taste light light heavy sweet, slightly bitter, malty, fruity, light caramel, honey, yeast, spicy notes. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, mild sweetbitter aftertaste, bit sugary, light alcohol notes, clean, well-balanced, very nice.
Light orange blonde color, pours a huge head. Earthy hoppy flavor with a dash of citrus. Light yeast aroma. Alcoholic for its ABV.

6/IV/15 - 33cl bottle from De Hopduvel (Gent) @ home - BB: VII/15 (2015-417)
Clear orange beer, small aery irregular off-white head, dissipates immediately. Aroma: lots of orange peel, pretty sweet, bit spicy, malty. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of orange peel, soft bitterness, quite some honey. Aftertaste: bit oxidized, lots of honey, orange peel, soft bitterness, spices.
Ardennes blonde (not La Chouffe) with off-white, rocky, very thick, very stable, sticky head leaving pretty lacing, and an orangey golden colour, clear but misty after adding deposit, as it should be. Rich fruity nose of orange, pear and melon, yeasty, hints of honey, ginger, sweet white wine, peppermint, straw and a faint sulphuric note reminiscent of fried egg. Fresh apply onset with citrussy freshness, full enough mouthfeel with strong carbonation, smooth caramelly malt background, drying from the middle onwards, finishing mildly hoppy. I usually do not like the Bouillon beers that much, but this certainly is one of their better brews, well-balanced and tasteful.
donker oranje, helder met witte kraag aroma: floraal, moutig, citrus, graan, stro smaken: redelijk zoet, zwak hopbitter, sterk, licht fruitig, redelijk gemout, redelijk kruidig oa koriander, iets kalk medium body, glad mondgevoel, normale co, afdronk kruidig gaat
33cl bottle, BB 05/2015. My guess is that all the Cuvée series from this brewery are the same beers.
