Bottled@omhper. Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is floral, some grass and mild sweet grainy elements. Flavour is kind of syrupy sweetness, some grass, herbs and some mild bitter elements. Strangely sweet for a Helles.
Bottle, Bio Hell, huge thanks Motelpogo for sharing! Murky tan-yellow body, white head. Grainy, slightly yeasty aroma, subtle enough. Lean, malty taste, liiight caramelly notes, completely clean really, impressively so, and very chuggable - just doesn't stand out from the crowd.
09-06-20 // 330ml bottle from the brewery. Light amber golden. Grain forward. Milder smoothness. Spicy. Solid.
Painted bottle, bought in Bernkastel-Kues. Orange blonde, cloudy, no head. "Appelmoes" aroma with a touch of licorice. Licorice, yeast and a touch of hops in the flavor. Just a touch of malty sweetness. Apple.
Bottle, as Ein BierMann Helles, danke Roman. Hazy orange, offwhite foam. Grainy, metallic, doughy nose. Medium body, solid chewy. Dough, light fruity, a hint metallic catty bittering hops on a sweet grain base. Not super exiting.
Bottle, as Biermann Helles. Pours unclear amber. Aroma is soy sauce, Aromat, bouillon, brett, super infected. Body is light and thin, more bouillon, more glutamate. Dry. But yuk.
330ml bottle as Ein Biermann Helles from trade woth kolschtrinker. Pours misty gold, small white head. Semi sweet malt & herbs on the nose. Taste presents this herbal note more clearly, not entirely sure what it is. Unfiltered grainy helles malt is there but the herbal element is a bit off putting.
33 cl. bottle @ home, gift from Marijn. Clear dark golden with a white head. Grainy bicuity aroma. Taste is sweet. Nice clean helles.
Bottle @ home shared with dad. Slightly unclear yellow - orange color, average to medium sized off-white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, lightly bitter, lightly hayish. Quite nice, decently refreshing and easy drinkable.
