Dark golden color. Light citrus and sweeties aroma. Citric flavor with hints of glue and banana. There is indeed a strong resemblance to the hefe weizen, but this version is lighter and more watery , and th yeasty herbalness is completely gone. Blandish thirst quencher.

Ein recht fruchtiger Antrunk ist bei diesem Bier zu verzeichnen, im Mittelteil ist die herbe besonders zu schmecken. Das Bier wirkt dann allerdings etwas zu fruchtig, genauer gesagt zu sehr nach Banane. Der Nachgeschmack, wie gesagt etwas zu fruchtig, ist zudem recht wässrig und kann mit dem lasch herben Antrunk nicht mehr überzeugen. Durchwachsen, aber wieder keine schlechte Qualität des Bio-Biers. Bottle from the bioshop near Brauhaus Lemke... they had a huge selection of these and I wasn’t sure what I had drunk before so we picked the least likely one. Poured a golden body with a medium sized white head. Gluey, malty sweet nose. Chalky sweet taste, slightly yoghurty. Light banana. Ok, good enough for what it is.

Bottled, thx to skortila. Clear yellow color, short head. Aroma has some banana, smoked note to it as well. Supermarket kristall weizen.
