Artificial cherry sweets aroma. Pinkish frothy head. Thin and watery with a cherry juice flavor, like the Dutch "zuurstokken" (sweet and sour sticks)on a fair. A bit nasty vegetable-like aftertaste. I could finish the bottle, I didn't think that was possible.

*Old rating, best before 26/08/07.

Industrial low alcohol version of Belle-Vue Kriek, with thinner body but equally sweet syrupy and candyish cherry taste, even less relief from acidity, one-sided and boring. But there is an audience for this, and I must admit I had worse low alcohol beers than this.

Bottled. Deep red, brief head. Sweet cherry aroma. Cherry lemonade without even a hint of beer underneath. I must admit though that this is a pretty good cherry lemonade. Maybe useful as an ice-cream topping?

Reddish brown color with reddish white head. Malted cherry aroma nice on the sniffer. Cherry taste with malty finish.

Serious, thick dirty-pink head leaving lace; amberish tinted red beer. Quite neutral nose with a sweet cherry background, gaining in strength/sweetness by warming up. Very faint fleeting taste, lots of water and actually more caramel malt than "fruit" flavour (which is pretty artificial). Slightly sticky MF, thin & watery palate. The good thing is that so much water seriously dilutes the syrup. The surprising thing are the malt notes. The not-to-be-thought-of thing is that even the 0.05% real fruitlambic that went in here is irrevocably misused.

Bottled. Red colour, huge white foamy head, lacing. Cherry, malt and cookies in aroma. Cherry flavour with artificial notes. The lack of alcohol might be a reason to a "thin" flavour.
