Slightly cloudy orange beer, small creamy yellowish head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: bit piny, resinous, some dank hops, tropical fruits, passion fruit, caramel touch, candy, mango. MF: ok carbon, medium to full body. Taste: sweet start, some tropical fruits, mango, bit resinous, malty, nice bitterness, some caramel. Aftertaste: bit resinous, bitter, dry, some grapefruit, piny, citrus touch, some canned peaches, orange marmalade, sugary touch, bitter and dry finish.
Most of a 440 ml. can @ Billie’s Bier Kafétaria. Darker amber, little milky lovely lacing white head. Nose is massive orange peel, pine, caramel malt. Taste is grapefruit peel, esotheric tea and oil, caramel, chewy thick pine hop oil with bit malty base. This is a tasty old school DIPA of sorts, Uiltje is really all-over the map with their NEIPA beers as far as profiles go.
