Orange-colored Trappist beer from Italy, with a pleasant balance in malty, spicy and fruity flavors. The orange peel gives an extra fruity and bitter character. Slightly sweet in taste with a fairly dry, fairly bitter aftertaste.

Bottle at home. Clear medium to dark golden color, huge sized foamy white head. After pouring in the second half of the the bottle it becomes unclear kind of dirty dark orange-brown. Aroma is malts and a bit soapy tbh. Flavor is malts, yeasty, a weird kind of bitterness in there that actually longers for a bit. Hmm well not a fan of this one. Bit all over the place imo. Fizzy carbonation and average body. Nah.

Bouteille 33cl, BB 03/2022, lot# L1833.

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy orange amber, dense lasting white head. Aroma: Malty, yeasty and orange hints. Taste: Over moderate sweetish, malty, yeasty, subtle notes of sugar / honey and over moderate bittery, fruity orange peel. Bitter palate at finish. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Quite nice.
