very turbid, sour hoppy tons of rosehips, apricot and strawberries. Fully body. Medium bitterness. Ok
Thanks TimM for sharing! Taster showing deep gold with a finger of clean white foam. The nose shows moderately intense notes of clean rose. The palate is well carbonated and medium bodied. Rose forward with clean saison malt and mild tartness.
Bottle at ujh. Pours golden. Aroma and flavor are sour, herbal, fruity, citrus, bitter. Overall: drinkable.
330ml bottle. Darker creamy orange with some white foam on the top. Nose is tart, bit of lacto and some messed up fruity juice there as well. Not sure if taste actually opens up that rosehip character or not - but it sure is tart, somewhat soft and tart juicy. Fruity and refreshing, tart mouthful. Actually, yes, that's how a plateful of rosehips is supposed to taste like.
Huge, just off-white, dense and stable head, over hazy orange beer with a pinkish sheen. Rosehips are obvious, citrus, rosepetals, very aromatic in the best possible way. Bit medicinal, then floral & fruity. Rosehips again very plausible. Sharpish fruity-citrussy finish. Acidthinning, fruit-slick, good carbonation. Surprisingly original, very appealing beer.
